Have a vision of Costa Rica? Look to the Heavens

Cielo Vista (literally translated Heaven View) is one of the most forward thinking, eco-minded, dynamic projects I have ever seen. Breaking major ground in design and engineering, Cielo Vista leaves no creative stone unturned.

Consisting of over 350 single and multi-family homes, a commercial center, state of the
art medical facility, flagship hotel and more, this beautifully designed community is a
vision come to life.

Cielo Vista is a multi-use development and masterpiece project brought to the public by
The Costa Rica Team who have been helping people fulfill their dreams here in Costa
Rica for over 20 years. The Costa Rica Team contains a comprehensive collection of
experience and talent that is second to none. They are now partnering in this incredible
project on Costa Rica’s central Pacific coast.

Charles Boyd is the CEO and Director of Sales and Marketing for The Costa Rica Team,
explains that he wants to bring “a quality of life and peace, not just returns” to people
who are interested in living and investing in Costa Rica. Instead of just keeping it to
himself, Charles is offering others what he has found in this tropical paradise, a vision.
“This is not just another project; this is the culmination of a lifetime of working,
planning, and dreaming.”

To make sure even the smallest of details are covered Charles has added team members
like Sarah Elena to this arsenal of talent. Sarah moved to Costa Rica in September of
2015 and has been helping others do the same ever since. Sarah specializes in making
sure anyone making a move to Costa Rica is as prepared as possible and their transition
is seamless and stress free. “I am passionate about helping others figure out how they
too can build a life they love here!”

The main infrastructure of roads and lot plateaus are well under way and as progress
continues, this project has become the talk of the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Cielo Vista
is a quick and easy one hour drive from the main airport in Alajuela. With the most
impressive forethought, the project planners contemplated the need for a full
community that can provide residents and investors with all of the comforts and
security they desire.

Meco Construction, who started the groundwork, has projects in 5 Central American
countries currently and brings construction experience on an unprecedented scale in
this region. The firm specializes in earthwork, roads, and both industrial and
commercial infrastructure –with a portfolio of projects that includes Four Seasons Costa
Rica, Los Suenos marina, hydropower plants, shopping centers, airports, and major
highways.

“It is exciting to see this type of planning in this area, as some of the most talented
minds from both North America and Costa Rica come together to collaborate on a
project of this magnitude.”

The Costa Rica Team also boasts one of the most sought-after architects in Costa Rica,
Javier Rojas. Mr. Rojas, a Harvard University Master's Program Graduate is the team’s
chief architect and planner. His firm's award-winning projects include Costa Rica’s own
Juan Santa Maria International Airport, major hotels, and numerous commercial and
residential developments.

“Having Javier’s creative influence on this project brings daily inspiration.”
Cielo Vista is nestled between the Los Suenos Marina and the famous beach town Jaco.
Ocean, mountain and jungle views of pristine primary forest abound, and with all the
amenities on site and in the surrounding areas at your fingertips, this project looks to be
what every person who wants to live, visit or invest in Costa Rica is looking for.

Developer Philip Edwardes brings his more than 30 years of International experience to
the team. He specializes in developing environmentally sensitive and profitable projects
throughout Costa Rica – and has demonstrated a commitment to sustainability and the
preservation of natural resources. Locally, his portfolio includes well-known projects
such as the Hotel Club Del Mar Resort & Condominiums on Jaco Beach and the Club del
Sol.

The final project will consist of a complete community with retail locations, single family
homes, condos, community center, and an exclusive hotel. All of this will be contained in
an easily accessible location. This community will also include residences for the retiree
looking for assisted living care, with emergency and basic medical facilities on site.
Led by Dr. Mark Henderson, Director of CieloMed, the projects on site medical practice,
doctors with decades of experience in primary patient and emergency care, will
specialize in anti-aging care. Dr. Henderson is certified by the American Board of Anti-
Aging and Regenerative Medicine. Along with its jogging paths intertwined throughout
the community and holistic wellness center, Cielo Vista will have everything to keep
your mind, body, and soul young and healthy.

With the madness and turmoil going on around the world today, I cannot think of better
place to invest in a higher quality of life. retirement or second home than stable,
peaceful, beautiful Costa Rica. If you are of like mind and ready to start making your life
look like what your dreams look like, I strongly recommend The Costa Rica Team and a
view of heaven.

“I look up and close my eyes and what I envision for my life is Cielo Vista.”
